What is the size of this item (QM7003)?

I usually wear 21.5cm, but this is perfect for 34.5! It's really just the right size. It felt a little cramped when I first put it on, but it's comfortable to walk in because it doesn't get loose. It has excellent cushioning.

Pick 35.5. I tried wearing 35, but overall it's cramped and it looks like it's going to be tight in the evening. The length of 35.5 is roomy, but if you adjust the size, this is just the right size.
